Each harvest, our winemaker, Travis Green, carefully plans, selects, and sources the highest quality grapes from the Grand Valley, Willamette Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs before they make the trek to our winery. In addition to crushing on site at our winery in Fort Collins, Colorado, we also collaborate with winemakers to craft wines that are brought to our winery and aged further, blended, and canned, bottled or kegged in pursuit of our uniquely balanced flavors.
Bursting with aromas of grilled grapefruit, lime zest, just-ripe peach, honeydew melon and wet stone, The OBC Wine Project Pinot Gris leads with a smoky acidity, a lean mid-palate with citrus and mineral notes. We’ve spent years sourcing world-class hops from our grower-partner Goschie Farms in Oregon, and were thrilled when we could use their Pinot Gris grapes for this wine.
Sparkling Pinot Gris
Much like a prosecco, this Sparkling Pinot Gris is bubbly and zesty. Ripe pear, meyer lemon, lime zest and orange blossom on the aroma are met with green apple, stone fruit and brioche on the palate. Pair with popcorn, parties, or prosciutto.
Fresh and fruity with a nose of ripe watermelon, red currant, grapefruit and river rock, this is the perfect wine for anytime refreshment. The OBC Wine Project Rosé’s electric acidity leads to a softer, medium body with notes of strawberries and pear. Fantastic Syrah & Tempranillo grapes for this blend came to us from Columbia Valley, Washington.
Rosé with Bubbles
Crisp and fizzy, The OBC Wine Project Rosé features notes of strawberries, cranberries, white peach and rose petal. As the bubbles subside, the wine opens up with ripe citrus and apple on the palate. A lively, lingering finish brings you back for another sip whether you’re at home or out in the sunshine. This food friendly blend of Syrah, Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc features fruit from some of our favorite Pacific Northwest vineyards.

2021 Dry Riesling
Bright, delicate, yet powered with acidity, The OBC Wine Project Dry Riesling stuns with notes of gardenia and lime. This medium bodied wine features flavors of lemon, honeydew melon and pineapple. Crafted at our Fort Collins winery with hand-picked Oregon grapes, the mouthwatering minerality encourages your next sip.
2021 Pinot Gris – Skin Contact
Seeing red, but thinking white? We handpicked Oregon Pinot Gris, then treated like we would a red wine, leaving it on the skins for 21 days resulting in a brillant ruby hue. In the glass, it vibes like light-bodied, acid-driven red with flavors of cranberries and fruit punch. Chill like a white wine.
2019 Reserve Pinot Noir
This high-elevation, cool-climate, old-vine Pinot Noir showcases its Willamette Valley, Oregon terrior with depth and complexity. Tangy acidity and playful tannins made this light-bodied easy drinking red a crowd pleaser. Aromas of cedar, oiled leather and graphite play with flavors of bing cherry and cranberry on the palate. Pro Tip: Chill for 10 minutes before a enjoying a glass (or two!) on hot days.
